We do weights sessions as our classes. Measure our success with a measuring tape. I do weigh myself occasionally, but it’s starting to slow down now as the initial shock my body took from over eating and not exercising to reduced crap foods.

Very happy with clothes fit all that were too tight or simply didn’t fit are nice and as near perfect fit now. The for some stupid reason, last week I actually stood on the dreaded scales and had a meltdown irrationally cos the numbers were just “too big. Despite trying to talk myself out of it I was mega grumpy for days just stupid. Oh and no longer have the scales the were launched into the bin. I never knew that but I had always been told it was healthier to lose weight slowly. So many people getting angry at losing only a one in a week when they’re less likely to end up with things like saggy skin and an unsustainable diet in the longer term.

Great Shirt
I do screen printing as a hobby for family and friends, this shirt works for me as its not expensive, but great quality. Fits as stated by size chart. Works wonderfully for screen printing.

Good outside work T-shirt
Bought these for working in my yard. They are just the right size (XL) and length. On me, the hem is down to the bottom of the front pocket openings on my jeans and the fit is slightly loose, not figure hugging.
I’m not sure what the definition of “heavy” is supposed to be. These seem to feel slightly thicker than the Hanes or Fruit of the Loom multi-pack white T-shirts you can buy at your local supermarket, but you can still easily see through them when held up to a sunny window, for example.
I waited to do this review until one shirt was washed to record the amount of shrinkage and see how the texture changed. New, they are almost silky in feel. Very nice. Once washed, they lose that and become slightly rougher, like any other T-shirt. After one wash, as shown by the photo of washed over top of new, they have lost maybe 1″-1.5″ on length, but the width change was minimal and the fit is still a loose XL. The color faded slightly also.
It’s a T-shirt and it’ll meet my intended use, but I wouldn’t say they were “special”
