For our interpretation of this trend, we used our Street Fleece campaign imagery for the back and our logo for the front Don'T Mess With Texas Cowboy Map Outline T-Shirt . We’ll show you how to achieve this by using multiple layers of white and black ink and an accent of white puff ink for slight dimension. Looking at a black and white image, you might assume it’s a two screen print. However for this image, we employed the use of seven screens to get a soft, tonal and gradient look. We used two underbase screens, two black screens, two whites, and one extra screen with white puff ink for a subtle accent of texture and dimension. Printing on the front of a garment can be challenging, but we’ll show you how we achieved precision placement, negotiating the zipper. We recommend using what we call a soft top platen. It’s coated with a silicone foam topper and is about 3/8″ thick. It will compress down as we print, which is really important to avoid ripping the screen open as it pulls across. Spritz a light mist of tack, flatten out the garment and it’s ready to print! Looking for one extra layer of protection? Try applying painters tape so there’s no part of that hot metal zipper that’s going to touch the screen.
Apply your first and second base, flashing after each. Make sure your garment tis completely dry before printing your next colored ink. We followed our bases with brown and black ink, followed by the all-important white puff to give it dimension and texture. Lastly, remove the tape and send it down the dryer! The mixed media effect we created with the puff ink as an accent added dimension and texture to the garment for an even more elevated look. Well made, looks good as plain white t-shirt, excellently priced.
Nothing fancy, but a well made, inexpensive comfortable, mid to heavy weight plain white t-shirt. Floridians and those in warm climates might find it uncomfortable to wear as an undershirt– but perfect as a regular going around outside t-shirt year round. Heavier (and should be longer lasting) than a simple haines or jockey white thin undershirt. The white is very white, I am ordering grey today. I would buy these at double the price on Amazon.

These products are typically a size small vs US sizing. I’m 6’4”/225 and usually wear an XL. I buy 2XL in these and is perfect.
Material weight and fabrication is good quality. Would buy more.

So, I’ve been dropping some poundage and needed an athletic shirt to sit as a stand in for a cycling jersey. I didn’t want to spend money on a cycling jersey, only to not be able to wear it in a few months. This shirt was a great decision. I’ve never worn athletic shirts before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect or how effective it would be.
First, the shirt is incredibly comfortable. On a 2.5 hour ride, it never chaffed or rubbed the wrong way. I purchased it in white, so it did a great job at reflecting the sunlight and keeping me cool. I was also pretty impressed at how quickly the shirt dried (and I sweat A LOT). Within about 20 minutes of me finishing my ride, the shirt was pretty dry.
But overall, really worth the money.
