A Mike Vick Pittsburgh Steelers graphic T-Shirt .Boogert. a name not generally associated with screen printing in kingteeshops, is as relevant to t-shirt printing as much as the ink and squeegees. Boogert’s is a name that should be known throughout the screenprinting world, well actually the entire art world. Aside from having an absolutely hilarious surname, Boogert’s historic footprint went relatively unnoticed until the modern day and academics have only now begun analysing his work. His work consists of an 800 plus handwritten hand-painted document that acts as the most comprehensive paint and colour guide of its time. Colour guides remain to this day the medium that screen printers match their ink colours to and what is phenomenal about Booger (I mean Boogert’s) achievement is that his colour volumes, named “ Traité des couleurs servant à la peinture à l’eau” were completed in 1692, a whopping 270 years before the first edition of the Pantone colour guide was released.

Money well spent
Heavy cotton material. Very sturdy. Husband is well pleased and feels they are very durable. He says that’s what a man’s tee should be. This a repeat purchase due to his satisfaction with the shirts.

Size seems the same as the old one I bought a few years ago, fits the same, though the tag is different. Fabric seems a little thinner, but not by much- I might not have noticed if I wasn’t looking for it. Black one says 100% cotton on the tag.

Love these shirts, so comfortable!
Some of the reviews complain these aren’t heavy like advertised, and I agree they aren’t particularly heavy. I’d say they’re average weight. But they are exactly what I was looking for and I am very pleased. I purchased the maroon. I’d say they run a tad small. I’m a 150lb women and was looking for a loose fit and had trouble deciding between ordering the medium or large. I went with the large and I’m glad I did. I want to order more colors. I only wish I could order a single one or that they had more varied color combinations.

Nice shirts for the price
I am happy with the shirts, the are not so heavy and not so thin. the quality is good. I wear size M, but I was thinking to buy size L because most the reviews complaint about the shrinkage. anyhow, I decided to buy size M, when I got the shirts they were quite large for size M. after I washed and hot dried them, they shrink a bit, now they fit me very well. the only complaint is the color. i bought army green, but I was expecting a little bit more darker green. the army green I got is quite old, looks like Vietnam war green…
