Do you remember decorating items Sworn Dreaded Enemy Of Frankenroc T-Shirt . Blank t-shirts, clothes, shoes, poster boards – with puff paint back in the ‘80s? Well, as all trends do, puff ink has made a comeback and is growing in popularity in the t-shirt screen printing world. Luckily (no offense to your DIY decorated Keds), these days, puff ink has a bit more sophistication and is a great option as a specialty ink.
Sworn Dreaded Enemy Of Frankenroc T-Shirt, hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt
As the name implies, the ink literally expands and puffs up once it’s exposed to heat Sworn Dreaded Enemy Of Frankenroc T-Shirt . It’s created by combining regular plastisol color ink with a puff print additive. It’s first introduced to the garment through a screen applied with pressure. The more volume of ink added, the higher the puff will be. Once the design is created, it’s very important that the blank tees or garments are properly cured at temperatures between 302° – 320° F. If the temperature is too hot, the puff will collapse. After it’s exposed to the high temperature, the puff ink raises above the surface adding texture and density, giving the garment almost a three-dimensional look. When puff ink additive is mixed with plastisol ink, the color will be diluted, making the plastisol color more muted than it would be on it’s own. In order to achieve the specific PMS color desired, try adding an additional layer of the plastisol. That means, the first layer will be the puff mixture (about 90% puff additive with 10% plastisol ink), then, after flashing, add a second coat of the plastisol in the PMS color you want to achieve, and voila!Since the ink remains flat on the garment, like any regular plastisol ink before it’s exposed to heat, there’s room for experimentation and creativity when using it, and we think it’s a great way to add effect! A great example of this is to add puff ink as a single-color texture. This will bring a bit of intrigue and attention to a flat design. During a recent visit to Deluxe Screen Printing in Los Angeles, we tried pairing puff elements with both a black and white design as well as a multi-color print. Both turned out awesome, which you can see in the video above! You could also use the specialty ink as a raised keyline around text or as a gradient.

Pretty soft and durable I wore these regularly I wish there was a tag print inside the shirt if you take the tag off you’re not always sure which way you’re supposed to put it on

So I bought 4 shirts and replaced 2 cause they were too tight.. what I found out was if the tag said made in Mexico they were tighter fit then the ones that say made in Jordan. Tried many avenues to explain this to customer service and on the return and it did no good. The only difference between the shirts that fit and the shirts that were tight were the tags that said made in mexico. Really bummed because I love the shirts and under armour itself. thank you

Great quality
The color is true and as expected. After washing the shirts it shrank just a little bit since it is cotton but otherwise the fit was good. The quality of the shirt was good and felt very soft. I could be in it all day.

These fit the way I like them to. Exactly what I was looking for. 👍😁
1 inch wide collar. Roughly 7 inch sleeves. Not slim fit or slim cut. The collars are close to my neck, the way they look when police or military personnel wear them. The sleeves come down to my elbows. This is how I like for my tshirts to be.
The cotton is a light, but sturdy material. The collars hold their shape well even if I sweat some or they get wet. I haven’t seen any shrinking. By the way, with tshirts, washing in cold or warm water and then drying on low heat is the best way to ensure one’s tshirts and cotton items don’t shrink. 👍
